About Aimee – LMT #13870 & Owner
Naturally drawn to touch from a young age, I cultivated a compassionate understanding of the body early in life. I began by massaging my father’s feet for 25 cents a foot.
I find myself saying, “Touch is my first language.”
As a kinesthetic and visual learner, I was drawn to hands on practices and was attuned to Reiki in 2002. I graduated from Healing Mountain Massage School in Salt Lake City, UT in 2004 and I have been a advocate for preventative health ever since. I firmly believe that Massage Therapy, whether used as preventative medicine, or in conjunction with more conventional forms of healthcare, can allow a person to progress to higher levels of physical and emotional well being.
I offer Myofascial Release, Ashiatsu, Pelvic Floor Care, and Somatic Dialogue. My style incorporates many modalities from my 20 plus years of experience. I am deeply inspired by the whole person, whole body approach and love empowering people to know the healer within.
My sessions are deeply nurturing. My passion is deep listening and curiosity, honoring the wisdom of the body.
About Gaia (Karen) – LMT #17403
Gaia Sophia (Karen Zotter) has been a licensed massage therapist since 2010, trained at East West College in Portland. With a strong background in transformational work and self-empowerment, she has been actively involved in women’s circles and Red Tent events. After a transformative sabbatical from 2020-2022, Gaia is honored to return to massage, bringing renewed passion to her practice.
Each session begins with a moment of connection, allowing her to understand your needs before guiding you into relaxation. Through breathwork and a personalized blend of techniques—including Swedish, Myofascial, Craniosacral, Trigger Point, Ashiatsu, and Reiki—Gaia supports your body, mind, and spirit in releasing tension and restoring balance.
For those open to it, she also offers simple, empowering tools to integrate healing beyond the table. As one of us rises, we all rise.
