Hello, my name is Aimee
Naturally drawn to touch from a young age, I cultivated a compassionate understanding of the body early in life. I began by massaging my father’s feet for 25 cents a foot. As a kinesthetic and visual learner, I was drawn to hands on practices and was attuned to Reiki in 2002. I graduated from Healing Mountain Massage School in Salt Lake City, UT in 2004 and I have been a advocate for preventative health ever since.
I firmly believe that Massage Therapy, whether used as preventative medicine, or in conjunction with more conventional forms of healthcare, can allow a person to progress to higher levels of physical and emotional well being.
Karen has always been attracted to the healing arts and being touch positive. She graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in 2010 and has been practicing ever since. Karen loves empowering clients to find relief from headaches, sleep issues, stress, accidents, injuries, and thus restoring balance in their bodies and lives.
Working together with the client’s breath to let go and feel more deeply, she uses a variety of massage techniques including CranioSacral, Reiki, and other energy work to get client’s in touch with their own bodies and work toward relieving symptoms. Karen has much experience with Motor Vehicle Accidents and Injury cases after having been through two rear-endings herself 2011 and 2014. She has special expertise in helping with whiplash, sacrum issues, and realigning the body. Also, she is currently fulfilling hours to become an Ashiatsu practitioner.
